Quickstart - The new operating system 'Quickstart' will quickly guide you through the machine and get your job running - fast. Even those new to folder inserters should be ready to use our Office Mailer Plus in just a few minutes.

Desktop Operation - The new high-level envelope exit makes the Office Mailer Plus able to be linked either directly or through the franker link to most popular postage meters. It can also be used on any desk or table top.

Modularity - Sophisticated modular design allows full up-gradeability. Your new Office Mailer Plus can be specified with either 2 or 3 stations, or you can add a 3rd station or upgrade to OMR capability at any time!

Flexibility - The 'Daily Post' function enables the machine to handle stapled sets of documents either on their own, or with an automatically fed item. The insert station can also be adjusted to take a wide variety of items - including booklets up to 1 mm thick.

Easy Access - In case of a mis-feed, the clam shell design allows you to gain access to the entire paper path. Then, the problem can be cleared and the machine restarted immediately. The Control Panel will even tell you where to look.

Optical Mark Recognition - The Office Mailer range can be equipped with our advanced OMR system. This allows multiple page documents and selective enclosures to be enveloped - automatically. It can also be used to increase document security, guaranteeing envelopes contain the correct items.

In this way, mailings such as invoicing and billing, where more than one page is sent to each customer, can be speeded up, with maximum accuracy. It can even alert the operator to envelopes which require special handling.

SmartStart Mailer

The SmartStart is the perfect solution for those organisations seeking a desktop inserting system which is flexible and simple to use and yet robust enough to cope with the rigours of use in a busy office or mail room. The two feed stations are capable of handling many different types of stationery, and producing professional mailings in many variations.

With a memory capable of holding up to twelve different jobs, combined with the EasiStart operating system, jobs can be up and running in a few seconds and producing filled envelopes at up to 1,200 per hour.

Whether you need to mail financial documents such as invoices or statements, or whether you wish to send marketing campaigns, the SmartStart will save you time and money, whilst presenting a professional image of your organisation.

SmartStart Mailer Features

High Capacity Sheet Feeder - For consistent output the SmartStart is fitted with a high capacity Sheet Feeder which is capable of holding up to 250 sheets. This significantly minimises the amount of refills required when processing your mailing.

Now, even many complex mailing jobs can be simply automated, freeing up staff and saving you money.

The EasiStart operating system will guide you through the setup and get your job running quickly, processing up to 2,500 filled envelopes per hour. Even those new to mailing systems will be ready to use Office Mailer 2 Plus in just a few minutes.

The Office Mailer 2 Plus is fitted with two automatic feed stations. Station one is a high capacity sheet feeder and is specifically designed to handle a wide range of papers. Station two is able to insert either additional sheets, or nest smaller documents such as reply envelopes, publicity mailers or even booklets up to 1mm thick. Alternatively it can be used to hand-feed pre-collated documents of up to 5 sheets to be folded and inserted.

The OfficeMailer 2 Extra

The Office Mailer 2 Extra is the perfect solution to your more complex office mailing requirements such as invoices, statements and payroll documents. By combining Optical Mark Reading (OMR) technology with a collate station, the Office Mailer 2 Extra is able to read your documents and group them accordingly before folding them together into the envelope. This ensures not only time and cost savings, but also greatly increases document security. The indocs software can apply these marks to your documents, avoiding complex IT issues when automating your outgoing mail.

The OfficeMailer 4 Plus Range

Based on the ground breaking OfficeMailer Range, PCF is proud to introduce the new OfficeMailer 4 Plus. Never has a desktop folding and inserting system been more advanced, bringing a new level of automation with its unique Stack 'n' Go feature. Capable of processing a wide variety of applications quickly and efficiently, the small and stylish system offers total flexibility with its two, three and four station options.

Two Station

From fully automatic Stack 'n' Go to full programmability, the two station system is packed with advanced features. Single documents, such as letters, invoices and mailshots, can be folded, inserted and sealed in a wide range of envelopes. An additional insert can also be nested automatically from the second insert station. Using the advanced double document detection system, the integrity of every filled envelope is assured. There is also a fold-only option, when enveloping is not required. As with the 3 and 4 station, simplicity is the key and the user friendly operator interface ensures ease of use and optimum mailing efficiency.

Three Station

As with the two station model, the three station system makes light work of a huge range of outgoing mail - from invoices and statements to cheques and mailshots. Fitted with two automatic sheet feed stations and an automatic insert feeder the system is capable of cascading between the two sheet feed stations, collating long and short forms and nesting into them a wide variety of inserts. Simply select a job, load your stationery and press 'Start' Then let the OfficeMailer take care of the rest, producing over 3,000 letters per hour.
